All were very rude! No one wanted to help, they stood around and looked each other as if we were to help ourselves.

This is the first jewelry store I've ever been in and talk about impressed. The sales staff went out of their way to educate me on everything I need to know about owning and taking care of fine jewelry. They were even patient with me when I misinterpreted something on my online order summary. Definitely going back, probably going to be loyal to Zales only. :)

Went to purchase my wedding bands from this location, picked out two very nice ones! Unfortunately the people helping us were clueless it took them nearly an hour to purchase the rings through their computer System. We were told they would be ready in 2-3 weeks after 2 and a half weeks I called and they said they were not there yet. After 3 and a half weeks I called again, I was told on the phone that both my rings were ready and to pick them up, but bring my receipt because somehow they managed to lose all of their receipts! Luckily my Fiancé had the receipt and went to pick up our rings. The women at the counter handed him two of the same ring and said rudely "No one TOLD ME it was for a man and a Women". Apparently they did not have MY ring ready and had 2 of his? weird? I dunno what happened there. Long story short I still don't have my ring and it's getting close to the date and I'm getting really nervous and the employees at this location have been very rude. Go somewhere else people.
