I called this store after receiving a Pandora necklace as a gift. I needed the chain shortened. Very unaccommodating. Just awful to talk to. I work in retail and their customer service is unacceptable. Will never shop there. I took my neck lace to Pandora at SouthPark Mall and it was no problem.

This is a horrible f*d up experience I've had! First I've waited years to get a pandora bracelet and my brother bought me one for my graduation and I bought two charms, we have our receipts but as soon as I leave the police calls me because one of the employees at pandora reported a missing item! Who is to say she misplaced it because she had a lot of charms on the counter and I feel discriminated against because now what is it? People of color can't afford to buy pandora so they get accused of theft?! I feel insulted and I believe the employees name is Kristen...The officer is threatening me with charges that are false! I will no longer support pandora! This is beyond ridiculous. The prices, the employees and the discrimination!!! BTW the employee had so many bracelets and charms on her wrists so they better check her for the missing item! This is wrong in so many ways!

Today, my husband and I attempted to return an item to this store because the item was too big. We were told that we could not return the item due to a shortage in the register. I was confused to what that had to do with me making a simple return. I had my receipt and everything that came with the item. We were told that there was something wrong with the transaction. No one could explain to us what the issue was. Soon after, the police were called, there were more than four officers/ mall security that came to the store. My husband and I were treated like criminals for absolutely no reason. They told us that we cannot leave the store. We were frustrated and embarassed, not to mention our three young children were there with us.The store manager, who also sold us the items, refused to give us our refund because she claimed there was an issue that needed resolved. Apparently her drawer was $100 short. I still don't understand what that has to do with me, especially since she sold us the items, gave us change and a receipt. She claimed I was attacking her with questions. Why wouldn't I ask questions if I do not understand. I will never return to this store and hopefully they will resolve whatever issue they have, return my money so that I will not have to take legal action.
