Poor service and very poor customer relations. Mislead me and enriched themselves to my determent. I took my mother's ring there for repair. They were dishonest with me and did not even have the equipment needed to polish the ring the reason I was there. They had me agree to do a lot of other things to the ring, like replace a diamond, and when I got the ring back, the stone was not polished and they told me they did not have the equipment to shine a garnet and then told me they could send it out and it would cost nearly what the other work cost me. The dishonesty is, if they had told me initially they could not shine my stone I would have taken the ring to The Diamond Cellar, who has done this work before on the ring. The woman who helped concluded her time with me in a rude way and argued with me about why I brought the ring to them. I feel like they were dishonest to get my business but could not do the job, but instead of telling me the truth that they could not shine the ring, they mislead me to do part of the work and get paid and give me the garnet back still dull and in need of buffing, the reason I took it in to begin with. I even told them I had had it done before at the Diamond Cellar and how beautiful the stone was when it was had a shine... and they omitted the shine part of the arrangement because they could not do it.
The picture I posted on facebook is what they emailed to me after I dropped ring off making it seem even more as if they were about to shine/ buff the garnet.
Also, the day I dropped it off, they had me wait. I walked over to look at charm bracelets and no one ever helped me. They weren't busy. I found that odd too.
