For 17 years I have dealt with DiFranco Jewelers. I definitely rate them as FIVE stars. Each time I walk into the store, the associates greet me with such a heart felt welcome - they genuinely are happy to see you, something that is so rare today in retail establishments. I am very comfortable shopping there; I feel they are honest and reputable and have a lot of integrity. They are eager to serve and assist you with your needs and would not steer you in a wrong decision.

Amazing place to buy jewelry. No pressure and they truly work with you to get exactly what you want.

A highly-recommended jewelry store and team of jewelers. Their team did excellent work creating custom wedding bands for my husband and I. I've entrusted them with resizing and polishing a family heirloom recently as well.

What a great store! Their engagement ring and diamond selection blows everyone away! We LOVED the personal service too! I'd give them 20 stars if I could.

I absolutely love this jewelry store and cannot recommend it highly enough. A friend raved about it to me and said it would be the best place to find a non-traditional engagement ring. I had been to a number of chain jewelry stores as well as a few non-chain stores, but I always felt I had to hide the fact that I did not want a big diamond ring. At Steven DiFranco's they completely understood what I wanted and weren't interested in trying to talk me into anything else. They also gave me very useful information that no one else offered, such as which stones were likely to hold up over the long term and which were not. My ring has had to be repaired twice, and they have fixed it for free both times and shipped it back to me (grew up in Cleveland but now live in Pittsburgh). Not to mention, on our third visit to the store, they remembered us - what a great feeling! We will definitely continue to visit Steven DiFranco's for all our jewelry needs!
