I will definitely be back to Stow Jewelers! Rob was very helpful and pleasant to work with, and he made some minor adjustments to a men's watch that I had taken in without charging me anything. So nice! He also made a recommendation about a jewelry question I had that showed that he was thinking about my needs as a customer and not just his bottom line. Definitely support this local business!

My mom and l have been dealing with them 20+ yrs. They are great people, knowledgeable, courteous and trustworthy with your items. Quality jewelry and good pricing. l will never take my jewelry anywhere else. l know when it's repaired it's what l took to get fixed, not stones switched. Had that happen before. Keep up the good work. l don't know what that guy with wooden band is talking about. They may have figured if it broke they would buy him new watch and they knew it could be an issue and declined for that reason but sure they didn't refuse without good reason. They are up front when l have a repair. Thanks

I stopped in for help with a minor jewelry repair. The jewelers were very helpful, friendly, and professional. I will definitely revisit Stow Jewelers for my next purchase/repair.

I brought in a piece of jewelry for Stow Jewelers to fix, at first I noticed the amazingly clean environment in their shop, and then the smiling store manager approaching me. There were already customers when I went inside, and it seems like everyone knows each other! VERY friendly! They were able to fix my jewelry perfectly, as if it never had a fault! Thank you SO much!!
