The staff has treated me with nothing but respect and kindness since the first time I went to the store. The selection is nothing short of amazing, but what I think is the best is the ability to get a custom piece of jewelry from these amazing jewelers. Some of their custom work is absolutely stunning. I won't go anywhere else from now on!

Gino's is tops in the Cleveland area! Honest, reliable sales & service, which is not something you always find in this business. I had some damaged jewelry of my mother's with great sentimental value and they took amazing care in bringing it back to life. I would highly recommend them for all your jewelry & watch needs!

Everything I was looking for in a jewelry store! Helpful and friendly staff, excellent prices, and gorgeous jewelry. I adore my new necklace, and I never want to take it off. Everywhere I go I get compliments on my Gino's jewelry!

I have always purchased jewelry from GINOs. Mike and Gary are top notch guys who offer the best prices for the highest quality.

When selecting a jeweler one must feel a connection. I say this because so many variables exist that even the most studied and organized consumer can't possibly know everything. Unlike those staff at mall stores, Gino's team is second to none and has been for the last 40 years. I've been a customer here that long and can accurately say I haven't "shopped" for jewelers or repairs my entire life. Not once. Very highly recommend.
