We went to this store to have my rings inspected. There were 5 employees sitting around doing nothing and we were the only people in the store. They were extremely rude and inconsiderate. They acted like we were bothering them. Then when another family walked in they were very pleasant and helpful to that family. So that's fine from now on I will not purchase a single thing from Zales. We used to purchase all of my jewlery there but I will take my money elsewhere.

Although I am so in love with my engagement ring, we went to the store on July 22 to have the ring appraised. We thought it was done there. No, apparently it needed to be shipped out and would take 3 WEEKS to get back!!! So here we are, 3 weeks later when we were told my ring would be ready for pick up. I have not received a phone call or email saying it's ready so I called the number in my email and asked if it was ready and the lady who answered was kinda rude and said "Well did we call you?" When I told her no, that it was suppose to be back today, she informed me they dont get shipments on Sundays!!! She's like it should be in tomorrow, we'll call you when it's ready. I am so mad right now, I find it ridiculous that it takes this long for an appraisal. When I emailed the company last week if it's normal to take this long, the response I got was "it depends on the vendor they use, sorry for the inconvenience".
