Zales is one of the worst companies I've ever stepped foot into. After having my ring for 3 years now I've had the ring replaced a handful of times and I've sent it off almost once a month to get diamonds "replaced". I'll have my ring back for less than a week and another diamond will fall out. They also started dipping my rings in Rhodium which I told them not to and I'm allergic to it and they still do it so I can't even wear my rings half the time without my finger swelling up and burning. I went to the Promenade store on 6/4/18 to see what they can do for me and my ring situation and I was treated so awful. I left in tears and it takes a lot to make me cry. The first sales lady I spoke to told me that I was lying about being allergic to rhodium because all the rings come dipped in it. If that was true why wouldn't I have a reaction when I sat in a store for 4 hours trying on wedding bands.. and why wouldn't I have a problem the first few times I got my ring fixed. It started AFTER they dipped it when "fixing it". She then looked at my ring with the missing diamond and said I'm just hard on my jewelry and it will just keep happening. I said no I'm not. I've very careful I don't do anything crazy in my rings or I take them off. I'm not dumb. When the manager came over he was just as rude to me as the sales lady. They said either can either keep fixing the ring or they will give me the value of what I paid to get something else, followed up by "but because of what the price range is it will just happening". She then took me around to look at other rings and before even letting me see them she put them back because "they were out of the price range". First off I never said I wasn't going to spend more money and who is she to judge me for how much money and can and cannot spend?! After that I told them I don't want to spend anymore money with them. I don't like the service I'm receiving and I asked for my wedding bands to be inspected and and I left with a still broken ring. I didn't even want to leave my ring with those associates that were that awful to me. Just because we didn't spend $$$$$$ doesn't mean I deserve to be treated awful. My husband will be going up there with me next time in hopes of having a resolution. I'm not asking for much but to be compensated for my time and energy having to drive up there every month to have my ring fixed. Plus the sentimental value of losing the ring that my husband purchased for me. Zales is just wasting money "fixing my ring" when they could give me just a little bit extra to get something that maybe I won't have this issue with and to make a customer happy. We got a credit card in hopes of purchasing more jewelry from there but at this point I don't want to spend another dime!!!

Little bit of a wait but the girl was sweet and she changed all my watch batteries out.

Bought very expensive Morganite ring. It took them several months to resize it. A lot of excuses or why. Then a diamond popped out. They replaced it, and took over a month to do it. Had it one day and another one popped out. Same process. After the third, I was ready for a refund. The store manager had a replacement ring custom made for me in my size (smaller than usual) and I wore the one with the missing diamond for months waiting for my custom made one. When it finally arrived, I was thrilled. The workmanship was excellent. The next day I noticed it had a rough edge on the main gem stone, it had a bad chip. Again, I took it back. Very disheartened. She ordered them to swap the good main stone from my first ring with the inferior stone. It only took a week, but when I got my ring back, it wasn't my ring. They had swapped my old ring which had been sized, replaced the third diamond, and kept my custom made one that was MY ring. When we complained and asked for my custom one back we were told that it was just gone and they don't make size fives any more. At this point, we are done. Now the main stone is loose and I can't wear this $1700 ring. NEVER GO TO ZALES, JARED OR KAY. They are all the same company. Go anywhere but here!!! This ruined what would have been meaningful into nothing but a bad experience.

Ordered my ring for my fiancé online. It was beautiful and when I picked it up it was exactly as it was supposed to look like and everything. My issue came from when I picked it up at the store. The clerk that was there (an older gentleman) asked me if it was for my friend while I was checking to make sure the ring was ok and everything. I said no it was for my fiancé and SHE WAS going to love it....he proceeded to say to me "you know Jesus loves you right?" I was so shocked he had said that to me. He is supposed to be a professional. I just responded yes I know and left since I had already paid for the ring in advance (thank goodness). Don't think I will shop at this zales for our wedding rings. I did not appreciate him saying that to me.

Horrid all around. They give you the run around and excuses after another. I've had my wedding set for over 2 years snd have had it replaced 3 times along with several stones reset. And still having trouble with them. We had ordered stuff around Christ's with them and the customer ser ice was so bad we cancelled our purchases and told them the reason, and they pretty much said well whatever go some where else. If you want to make you customers happy and for them to come back to buy or to refer you as a jewelry store. Then you don't act the way these people have. I do not recommend zales and I will never use them again for nothing.
