I purchased a wedding band for my husband about 2 years ago, for about 450 dollars, this included the lifetime warranty plan. It was a tungsten with a diamond in the center. Recently the diamond chipped and I took it back to get fixed. I spoke to Roger the assistant manager. He said it would take 3-4 weeks and someone would call me. I waiting about 3 weeks and I called to check the status. The lady told me it was not in and it could take another week or so, I waited another week and called and was told that it could take up to 12 weeks and the lady was "semi annoyed that i was calling" The following week my husband called and the lady on the phone was annoyed and set the phone down to hold rather then actually place them on hold. She told her coworker this guy keeps calling on his ring, and its not here! Basically was talking smack about us to her coworker and picked up the phone to tell us someone will call us and we do not have to call "all the time". We then just gave up and did not call for another 3 weeks. I called about a week and a half ago and the lady then told me if I didn't have my tracking number given to me on the yellow piece of paper she had no way to look me up and see where it was. I got upset and ask the manager to call me, Which he did. He told me he was sorry and he would call on Monday to figure out where my ring was and he would call me asap Monday morning, Which he did, however he told me my ring was shipped to Corvallis store and was sitting there and the Corvallis store put it in the mail and should be here by Wednesday. I offered to just pick it up since I work not even a mile down the road from the store and he told me they already shipped it, he told me he was leaving town and he is going to leave a women names Caitlin in charge and we should hear something by Wednesday. It now is the following week and I finally ( after several calls and getting disconnected several times received a call back to tell me Roger was wrong and my ring is out of stock and could take another 4 weeks to show up! I still do not have a ring for my husband! The costumer service is terrible- no one ever called me just to inform me of the delay. The women that work there are horrible! They make you feel completely stupid. I would nver recommend anyone ever purchasing from this store!
