Beverly from the Salem Center Store did NOT know what she was doing. I went in to buy a ring and she ended up sending the showroom ring in to get resized for my fiance. The process took almost two months and during that time no one seemed to know what was going on. The Salem Center Kay's has uneducated employees and is highly unorganized. I will not ever recommend anyone there, the opposite actually. My experience was so terrible and I barely got the ring in time. When I asked the manager why it took so long she gave me a crap answer of "well we didn't actually send the ring on this date so the promise date was incorrect". The promise date was January 27th and I just now picked it up March 9th.

Fairly nice place. Very nice guy. But the price point on diamond here is as unreasonable as buying diamond to start with. Literally $2,600 difference for a something that can't even be resold for $400.

I used to work here this place is no good. They are dishonest with their customers call sales tactics " if you want, and the staff are very artificial with you, you don't want to see their genuine side. They are mean and unprofessional. I was blamed for things i didn't do, was accountable for more duties, held to higher standards and harsher punishment than all the other employers. It was aweful and then to top it off they fired me right before the holidays which ruined them and a whole lot of other things. I suggest the Lancaster location.
