We have been trying to pick out a ring since December, we’ve gone in a few times to another Kay store, but each time I just felt overwhelmed and pressured into choosing a ring just to purchase one (even by throwing endless discounts). We stopped at the Keizer Station store over the weekend just for fun, browsed and finally picked out a ring that fit and felt perfect, which wasn’t even what I originally wanted, I ended up picking a much less expensive ring, but it was “The One”. I really appreciated how Jim did not try to pressure us into getting something we didn’t want, and all the hard work he and Dave put in to finalize the sale, it was a great deal, and the coupons for a future purchase! These guys were great!

My 25 year anniversary ring from my husband is beautiful. Ring sizing was very fast turnaround and less time than quoted. Upon picking it up, the representative offered to, and I gladly accepted, him checking the condition of my wedding ring. He checked the stone and prongs, buffed and cleaned it. I very much appreciated that extra service touch. This was excellent Customer Service experience. Thank you Kay Jewlers at Keizer Station!

They made a special exception for me to get my diamonds replaced even though I was a month late to bring it in for inspection! Their kindness probably saved me at least $100! I could not be happier with the service I received!
