Absolutely wonderful experience. I am an obsessive compulsive shopper when it comes to expensive/important purchases. I spent 3 weeks driving to different Jewelry stores trying to find the best one. Most stores are owned by one umbrella parent company. This is a family owned business with the sweetest people inside. I showed up and spent 3 hours with one girl while she patiently helped me narrow down the exact ring that I wanted. They have by far the most unique styles and designers. Best selection in town hands down, it's not even close. I've recommended this to friends to coworkers and they've bought from here and also loved it. After you buy, it doesn't stop there, it's been over a year and they still care about my fiance's ring. I wish I could shout out the girl that helped me but she's moved on. Only negative is that it closes so early :/ But I can't take away a star for that.

I could not have asked for anything better. I worked with Penny to build the perfect ring and that’s exactly what I got. The attention to detail and my needs were well met. The energy and caliber of expertise Penny gives you is unmatched. She dedicated everything to make me feel as if my ring and needs were her only priority. I highly recommend Kassab and working with Penny if you want the best.

I recently purchased a ring from Kassab Jewelers and had a great experience working with Danny Kassab at the downtown store. Danny worked with my limited budget to help me find what I was looking for. Great customer service!
