I love my experience with both Rafi and Taylor they are really helpful and provide awesome customer service. I HIGHLY recommend this place to everyone. I love my ring! Simple but really shiny. Thank you to both Rafi and Taylor they are both good jewelry salespeople they really know what they are doing and do a great job at making you feel welcome in the store and make sure you leave with what you want.

I have been going here since high school. My only jeweler that I have ever used/had. Harry Ritchies is the best, and a great way to start building your credit profile.

My fiance and I spent months looking for the perfect ring. We ended up in Harry Ritchie's on a whim while in the mall back in October and found a ring we both really liked, but we were so early into our search we left without making a purchase (I'm wearing this ring for the rest of my life! We wanted it to be perfect). We stopped in the big box stores like Helzberg and Zales, we shopped at pawn shops, and everywhere in between. After some pretty nightmare-ish experiences at the big box stores and a lot of "almost" rings, we decided to go back to Harry Ritchie's. Not only did the sales people remember us (nearly 4 months later!), but Taylor, the woman we had worker with previously, remembered our ring sizes and the center stones we had been discussing at our previous visit. She makes you feel like a person, not just a dollar amount, which is becoming increasingly rare in this day and age. The customer service here is excellent, they are patient, knowledgeable, and not pushy AT ALL (you know the feeling - You happen upon a store in the mall or on the corner and decide to "take a quick look", walk in the door and within seconds the sales folk are breathing down your neck, asking you to fill out financing paperwork every other sentence without even finding out if you a) need financing or b) EVEN LIKE ANY OF THEIR JEWELRY. Give me second to look! I just walked in!) I highly recommend these jewelers to anyone looking for someone to work WITH you because they are passionate about what they do, not just working AT you to meet their monthly quota. 10/10, would shop again.
