The manager, Beau, was unwilling to help me. Even though the notes for my warrantee in his system explained exactly what he needed to do, he told me it wasn't his problem, he didn't have the earrings in stock, and he was unwilling to help. I had to call customer service and have them explain to him that he needed to comply with the agreement, and remind him that he did in fact have the earrings in the store. It was like pulling teeth, and so frustrating for something that should have taken five minutes.

Very disappointed with their knowledge and service. The first time I came in to get my ring sized they gave me a promise date but when I showed up they said they forgot to call but it wasn't ready yet. Came back a second time anyway because my ring has a warranty through them and one of the prongs broke and lost a gem. They said they would cover the prong but the warranty didn't cover the gem. They then gave me a promise date, changed it without calling again, then changed it one more time without bothering to call. When I called twice to see if it was ready, no answer. Terrible customer service.

The service here is absolutely terrible. I bought my girlfriend a ring for Christmas. The first time it was sent in, it took a week longer than they told us. Just after we got it back, a stone fell out. We brought it back at the end of June and were promised it would be back on the 7th. We called on the 8th and they said the 14th. Today we called in again and they're saying another week because the prongs are loose. Funny how it took them a month to figure it out? It's obvious that the lady is feeding me straight lies. I will not be spending more money here, and neither should anybody else. Businesses that do this, should be closed down.
