I was just looking. But the treatment I got was as if I walked in with a bag full of money.

I have purchased a 4000 dollar solitaire and a 1000 dollar wedding band. I went to get them sized which should be no big deal and I have had to refuse them 5 times now. Their jeweler seems to be completely inept at his job. Every time they "fix" it it comes back with gold showing under the rhodium plating and pitting on the band. You would think that purchasing 5000 dollars worth of jewelry would more or less entitle you to have someone of some competence do the sizing. I am not one to complain but after 5 times I think it is necessary to warn other people of this. I would not use fred meyers to do any work on your jewelry, the quality of the jewelry seems fine but their jewelers are terrible.
