I can't stand the staff in their jewelry department! So rude EVERY time I have to deal with them. My FH bought my ring from them, and I wish we would've gone somewhere else. So I could deal with more professional people, that are willing to answer my questions and not make me feel like an inconvenience

Good deals around the holidays, good customer service and great for servicing jewelry

Fred Meyer... it's where you go when your willing to spend a lil more money to not have to deal with Walmart people ( you know who I'm talking about). Gas station is one of the cheapest in town and if you complain over stupid stuff in line and ask for the manager their policy is to give you a gift card.... so there's that.

They scratch my wife's watch while adjusting the band and then denied it, even though I saw her do it. I even made her bring me the tool she used and I mached up the tool with the damage and showed them the witness marks left by it. No refund or apology. I called the area manager and he was rude. ( the watch was a engagement present from me to my wife)

Kinda like Walmart but just more expensive... and less hours... and groceries are poorly organized... otherwise it's like Walmart!
