My friend works here and she is awesome, because of this you've narrowly escaped a one star review. Why one star? Literally zero Unicorn cereal. Please tell me: why do you hate love and magic?

I had lose stones. Had one ring made and it was perfect. Second one they didn't get the stone set in the setting straight.

The jeweler fixed my ring within a few minutes and Rachel was extremely helpful and helped me picked out jewelry for me and my daughter. Even though they were understaffed she was working hard and very friendly. I would recommend this jeweler over any other Fred Meyer jeweler I have been to.

My daughter's boyfriend was recently diagnosed with stage 4 Melenoma. He was told last week that it's time for hospice. He proposed to her that night with a beautiful ring from FM jewelers. She took it in to be sized and was told it would be 2 weeks. She tearfully explained her situation and how important it was to be wearing the ring when he passes. The lady was very kind, made a call to the guy that does the sizing and the told her they would do it first thing this morning. It was amazing and it made my daughter so happy. Today they never called and when she called them they said they forgot and that it won't be ready until 29th. Six days from now. They were rude and insensitive and could not have cared less. Merry Christmas

Purchased a 4000$ ring and a pair of 200$ diamond earrings. Upon arriving the hefty brunette with ambrre hair color completely ignored my husband and I . We sat and waited patiently approximately 25 minutes until the manager came out from the back to assist us. The manager helped us during purchase process was professional for the most part. That said however they took forever sizing my ring and failed to call me when it was ready. I had to call them the evening it was due to be done because I had not gotten any word. Upon arrival an older blonde lady and young Hispanic gal had been extremly rude and dismissive when provided them my paper work to pick up my ring. They couldn't find it so instead of continuing to help me they began helping other people with thier purchases. Without informing me my wring was not ready. Finally a man came from the back with my ring gave it to the Hispanic girl whom didn't even check my ID to see if I was the person on the receipt. Completely unprofessional attitude and appearance by these women. Seem completely miserable with thier job. In the future we will definitely be taking our business elsewhere. We do buy lots of jewelry yearly a loss for them! On a positive note my ring size was perfect. And the ring is gorgous.
