My husband bought an anniversary band as a Christmas gift & we went back in today to get it sized. My husband had Bonnie help him last week & he said she was wonderful! Very nice, helpful & great customer service. Today we had Felicia (I believe was her name) & she was very nice, professional & helped me with everything we needed! I'm excited to get the beautufil band back next week!

Five star service, I came in to purchase my wife's 1 year anniversary ring. Bonnie was so nice, helpful and completely accommodating with my time frame. She went above and beyond what was necessary, locating her ring. Totally saved our anniversary and Christmas... thank you so much for caring.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. No one wanted to help me and they had horrible "superior" attitudes. I took a bracelet and earrings in to get fixed at the same time. When I went to pick up my bracelet the earrings weren't ready. A month later I went back and my earrings were ready, no one called me to tell me that I could pick them up, the manager refused to tell me how long they had been ready for. IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE CRAP GO TO THIS JEWELER, seems like that's all they know how to do.

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HORRIBLE SERVICE. My husband and I went there to get him a wedding band. First they opened 15 mins late because the manager and an associate where screaming at eachother in the back. I had to ask someone in the customer service booth if they where going to open. She heard them screaming and was apologizing for their behavior. She than asked the manager if they where going to open and she raised her voice at her and looked at us like we were the biggest inconvenience. We immediately left and will never go back.
