"With a Jewelry Care Plan, your precious baubles will be taken care of for life. Period." Unless you sell your jewelry, in which case they no longer stand behind their product and your warranty is void. Beware spending big bucks on a promise they wont keep- kind of like your ex-spouse. My daughter paid $207.95 for the warranty but now she has to sell her ring, they wont transfer it or allow the buyer to purchase a new one. They must not have much confidence in their own product.

If I could leave zero stars I would, I have never experienced such poor customer service. We purchased my engagement ring then ordered two custom bands to go with and added on his wedding band all totalling $10,000. It's been 13 weeks and we're still waiting on one of the bands and the other showed up last week, 7 weeks past the date promised. The store never kept us updated on the order, we were never given answers when we were able to contact someone, corporate never answers their phones or returns their messages. Disappointed doesn't even begin to cover what we feel. Because of the rings we moved our wedding date 3 different times before we finally decided to do it anyway. We will never do business with them again nor will I ever recommend them.

Worst Jewelry Store to ever do business with, I sent my wedding set to their 3rd party jewelers for an estimate. They wanted way to much money! I did not approve the repairs, but they did work on my wedding set anyway. Their corporate jeweler informed me that I had to pay them $90 for an unauthorized repair, in order to get my wedding set back. They were mailed a letter January 13th, and they have not responded yet. I would highly recommend you stay away from this company and its stores!

They do not stand behind there work. Had to have wife's ring resized they messed up and had to do it twice thinking the gold out. The ring broke were they seemed it back together. They won't fix it they blamed the rings age not there shoddy craftmanship. Don't buy anything there.

Never had such horrible customer service in my life. Had my Chamilia bracelet for less than 2 weeks and center stone fell out of one of them. Took it back, the lady was so rude to me and simply said, they don't make that charm anymore and walked away and went to the counter and was chatting about her weekend with them. I then stood their astonished and finally approached another employee who simply said this: "I apologize there is nothing we can do"....how about replacing the charm or asking me what I would like to have done! I will never purchase anything again at Harry Ritchies!
