HORRIBLE customer service. Walked in to look for a ring that we were hoping to purchase. The old lady with long hair had THE worst attitude. I asked for a specific size she straight up looked irritated and said “well I don’t know” so I asked her what size the ring on the display was and she says “I don’t know 9/10?” We went in to purchase something but I did not want to buy anything from someone that doesn’t know how to work customer service. Keep in mind she did not greet us or ask if we needed any help. I had to ask her myself because all she was doing was standing on the other side just GLARING at us. Never felt so threatened, uncomfortable, and disgusted by someone.

I just went to return a necklace at fred Meyers on 102nd, because I used my moms rewards card they stated they would have to send her a corporate check in her name even though I paid cash. The lady was rude when I asked WHY when I paid for it in cash would it have to be sent a check in my mothers name! They did not tell me that if I used my moms card that they would have to send her the check when I bought it. Not only does their jewelry fall apart even after they fixed it for three times they don't want to send a check in my name because I used my moms rewards card. Im also sure that the cashier who returned it lost the commission was the one who sold it to me was mad because their jewelry is junk. I highly highly recommend NOT buying from them one because there return policy is incredibly absurd and two you will have your jewelry in for repair more then you get to wear it.

Took my wife ring here to get fix. Looks as good or better than when it was new. Very affordable for the work that was done.
