Came to have a family heirloom stone set in a new ring. The manager, Coriell, worked with us to correct a mistake. He was kind, polite, gracious, professional and very easy to work with. We'll be picking up the ring soon - excited to see the results.

Really irritated with this place. They need to communicate better that when you sign up for the Kay card, they have to do a hard check on your credit because their card operates as a line of credit. Doing this will drop your credit score especially if you don't end up making a purchase and closing the line of credit. Nordstrom was not this way. It's fine if you (Kay) don't want to use the same model, but communicate this more clearly upfront before trying to reach your sales goal.

I will never shop at Kays Jewelers again! We ordered new wedding rings, opened an account and waited. After 2 weeks, we finally got them, but... mine weren't saudered together, so we had too send them back out. My husband ordered a ring in 14 karat, but received a 10 karat, so we had to have them order it again. Finally got his, but haven't received mine yet, after being told it would be here on 11/4/17. This is all after we were told our payments would be $200 a month. Got our first statement, payment is actually $360 a month and it was a credit card, not an in store acct, which is what we were told. I will never ever shop this store again.

in August 2017 me and my husband ordered a ring that was going to be shipped from a different store location. It is now November and we STILL have not received my ring. My husband has called them and all he gets is the runaround. So we paid for a dam ring we never received! time to file a complaint.
