Had a wonderful experience! Extremely friendly staff and very very good prices, especially when you sell gold to them. Would highly recommend!

I took in a watch that I was worried was broken. The guy who helped me was unbelievably nice. Changed the battery and set the time then didn't even charge me. It was just so thoughtful and nice. Seriously made my day

Pushy and over priced (even when they have "sales") the gentleman kept correcting my jewelry vocabulary and told me what to do not once listening to what I wanted. There's far better pawn shops in the rogue valley that are far more reasonable and have way better customer service. The last thing you want when looking for a sentimental piece of jewelry that your investing in is to have a pushy salesman in your face. NO THANKS!

Stopped in to have a necklace clasp repaired & then the whole chain cleaned. The lady didn't do a good job at all with the cleaning & replaced the original clasp with a shiny fake oversized one. She only charged $5 bucks & then said my debit card wasn't worth sliding for only $5. I just wanted the thing cleaned up. I was not at all impressed. However, I'll still go back for my future jewelry needs. They're local & in my opinion...they are the best in the business, the men anyway :-/
