I have a wedding ring set that is about 47 years old and it was wearing thin and became sharp in a couple of areas on the underside of the band. I did acutally have the diamond replaced and some work on the setting done just recently at Ben Bridge. I just don't like the fact that none of their work is done in house it is sent to Seattle. So living in Tigard and after reading the reviews I decided to see what Sherrie's could do. The ring is perfect except gold does wear down after many many years of wearing. I took it in to Sherrie's to see if they could fix it. They called back next day and said they could and would and gave me the price for fixing it. Wow so reasonable but of course it's not reasonable if it is not fixed right. I picked it up when it was done (3 days) and couldn't be more pleased - looks like new actually and they cleaned and polished it as well. Thank you Sherrie's. Highly recommend.

Very helpful in changing out my watch battery and it was only $10. Fred Meyer wanted $15. Very friendly folks.

This family owned business is the absolute best. They did everything that they said they could do, They didn't miss the deadline. and was better than could be expected we were told by another jeweler that it couldn't be done. They knocked it out of the park on a custom wedding ring build. Five star shop and people Jeffrey A. Jackson

I worked with Sherrie over two months to create a custom engagement ring for my fiancée. It started with some rough ideas I had, which Sherrie helped me understand why they weren't really practical for a ring. Over the course of a couple of weeks, through several discussions and drawings, we refined what I wanted, picked stones, and started the formal design process. I saw several 3D renderings of the artist's vision, and after a few tweaks they made the mold. After setting the stones and some very intricate hand engraving, I received a perfect ring that is just stunning. My special girl is over the moon about it, and I look forward to working with the friendly, competent employees again on our wedding bands in the near future. There were a couple of little hiccups in the process, as can happen with a custom design, but the staff always worked quickly to remedy any issues and went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. Thanks so much for the hard work and insight, Sherrie!
