My Mother asked for a new charm for her Pandora bracelet for Mother's Day so while at Ross Park mall we stopped in and bought one. The sales lady was super nice and helpful and showed us exactlty what we were looking for. We ended up getting her the Mother's Day charm that is in a shape of a book and opens up to let her know how thankful we are of her. It is perfect for any Mom who loves to read books, loves her family and her Pandora bracelet!

Unless you look middle-aged, don’t bother coming to this store. I walked in with full intent of getting a few pieces, but after being passed by three times, I left without anything. I understand I look younger than my actual age but if you can’t give everyone the same respect that comes into the store, then you shouldn’t work in customer service. Very rude. Very wrong. Very disappointed.

As a regular Pandora customer, I am very disappointed in the customer service I received today. My mother and I went in to get her bracelet cleaned and we were told that they were “too busy”. This is something I’ve never heard before, and I’ve visited pandora in multiple states. After the money invested in pandora bracelets and charms, I’m considering trying to find charms in places elsewhere. Pandora please strive to provide better customer service, especially to loyal customers
