Absolutely awful. Last year, my fiancée had bought me a necklace. The chain had broken while at work in a preschool. I took the chain in twice to be repaired, but it continued to break. Finally, I decided to just order a stronger chain. Well, Kay Jewelers didn't even offer a chain that fit the charm to my necklace (which was also purchased from Kay Jewelers.) I no longer wear that necklace because I don't have a chain to wear it with. At Christmas time, I had walked into the store on my phone (not seeking the help of anyone) and was just looking in the cases to find a gift for my mom. After a few moments, I got off of my phone and one of the employees looked at me and said, "Are you done yet?" Caught off guard, I responded "yes" and explained that I wanted to look at their pearls. Then she responded, "Okay, because I was not going to help you while you were on you phone." Very turned off by the woman, I decided that I didn't want to purchase the gift there. After a few hours of being upset, I decided to go speak to one of the store managers. Upon discussion of what had happened, I was informed that the rude employee who I had encountered was in fact, Lori, the store manager. A few months later (April), I took my engagement ring to Kay Jewelers for my 6 month inspection. Lori once again was the employee who helped me. She was talking to me about how I was late for my 6 month inspection and how I was lucky that nothing was wrong with it. I brought it to her attention that the jewelry was purchased in October and that 6months from October is April. She apologized. After months of avoiding Kay Jewelers, my fiancée decided to order his wedding band through the Monroeville Kay Jewelers. He ordered it earlier in the week and was given a tracking number to let him know when his ring would arrive st the store. Today, he got notification that the ring had been delivered and went in to pick it up. Rose, the assistant manager, was complaining to him about how he should have waited until he received an email from the store stating that it had been delivered. She said that she would need to go sort through all of the deliveries for today to find his ring. She went to the back and found the ring immediately and stated that his ring was the only delivery today. I must say that my fiancée and I will no longer be shopping at this Kay Jewelers location. Lori and Rose with their poor customer service will no longer be receiving any of our money.
