I sent my engagement ring two wraps and an enhancer to be soldered together got a promise date of 02/18. Called Saturday took three hours for someone to answer. I was told it would be in this morning, called today no answer several times finally got someone and what do they tell me. The repair guy couldn’t read the handwriting so they don’t know what needs done. I explain what needs done and now My stuff will be in Friday. They could care less about the service or what is going on. They were more worried about the people in their store and being short staffed. This has been an awful experience.

The customer service was very poor. I had to ask a woman to help me and she didn't look up while saying "one minute I need to finish" what she was doing on her iPad. She did take out a few pieces for me to see (hence the two stars), but she was talking with her coworker about food while she was helping me and she would interrupt me mid-question to speak with her coworker. She left me a few times to get her credit card and then get a different credit card and tell her coworker what she wanted from the food court, "something I can shove down my face!" She justified this by saying that she works 87 hour weeks. She also left me with the case open and said, "watch this for 10 seconds", which shocked me as it would have allowed me to shoplift thousands of dollars of merchandise very easily. Another employee came back maybe 2 minutes later to close the case. The entire experience was awkward and while I did find a piece that I adore, I did not want to support that shop.

Much thanks to George & Linda!! We stopped in late before mall closed, they were extremely helpful and efficient in helping us pick out wedding bands. They listened to our needs and made great recommendations within our price range. Awesome customer experience!

Very poor experience. I went to pay off my bill which was slightly over 2,000 in cash. I was met by a sales person who took me to the counter to pay. I take 2,000 out of my wallet and I'm just holding all this cash so I'm like "do you have a counter or how are we going to do this" the sales person looks rather confused (im still holding 2,000 which I'm kinda nervous about, I didn't want anyone to see that I carry large bills sometimes) she's like "what?" With a very puzzled look on her face then I say a money counter that you see in banks to make counting easy after looking puzzled again over what I'm talking about she finally takes my money a minute or so of me holding this money took place. After paying off the bill she doesn't say have a nice day or even to help me out with any other purchases. I had to ask about the Kay card to see if I could get the 6 months no interest again which she did say yes. I will not be returning. On the side note there is a nice gentlemen there he has a grey/white goatee little huskier build he's very helpful and kind. I had a 14k gold chain fixed there the clasp that they fixed broke and he helped me out when I brought it back because I think they may have been preparing to charge me for another clasp.

Do not shop here! They offer you "holiday cash" for your next purchase. What they don't explain is that you have to spend 3 times that amount to redeem it. Called customer service and was told they talked to the manager and they would never explain it improperly. It was explained the same way to both my husband and I on 2 different occasions. Shady, misleading business practices. Buyer beware!
