Nice friendly guys working there. But that's it. I went in for a watchband because mine had snapped at work downtown. They had none that were leather on display. They brought out some small boxes of leather bands -- NONE of them were packaged, none were identified by brand, none had a price tag. The guys came up with a figure (acted like they were doing me a favor.) I felt like I was in a banana republic outdoor market where you have to haggle. I was desperate so took it. They claimed it was a "Swiss" band. But it's two months later and it's clear that the leather band was PAINTED (that's right -- the paint is wearing off) and this "Swiss band" is already falling apart! There is something shady going on here. I guess they can continue to sell to a lesser-educated clientele who doesn't know any better. I'm never going back, and I'm sort of nervous that this operation might have my credit card number.
