Thanks to him I loved the whole place he gave me a good deal and now I can engage my girlfriend thanks to him with a great ring ...THANKS JUSTIN!!

This shop tells a story, from the decor to the products. Justin was happy to offer a cup of fresh espresso to me as I browsed, and describe the purpose and properties of a wide variety of men and women's jewelry. The prices ranged from about $200 to well above $10,000. Although I had no intention of purchasing anything, I was still given excellent customer service while I browsed.

I have known Justin since 2004. I have always admired his creativity. He has helped me set some personal stones, and I keep coming back 13 years later.

If you're looking for a unique, conversation-starting piece you definitely need to check out this shop. Justin's designs are so different from what you will find at one of the big chain stores. Why go to the mall when you can get an artisan piece? Shop local! The store also has a great vibe that celebrates several local artists and jewelers, it's definitely worth a visit!

Do not recommend. Really disappointing first and last experience. I went to Justin for an honest opinion and estimate to have work done on my engagement ring. Without telling him my budget, he quoted the work and I ultimately decided to move forward with him based on price. Upon dropping my ring off to have the work done (and giving an 80% cash deposit), he had completely forgotten what we had originally discussed that I needed to remind him of the design and price that he originally quoted himself. He also didn't remember that my ring was platinum and said it was going to cost "quite a bit more." When I picked up the ring, I learned the work was not performed by Justin himself, it was sent to someone I had never met or spoke to. The work was very poorly done and unfortunately ruined the integrity of my original ring as the work was permanently soldered on and is not removable unless remaking the ring altogether. Justin admitted his jeweler had rushed to get the word done (even though it was 1 week past what he originally quoted it would take to complete). He offered to re-do the work, however, since I do not feel comfortable with that at this point, instead I requested a partial to full refund and he refused. I also had a custom necklace made (14k white gold diamond necklace) and within 4 weeks, the soldered chain necklace loops have already broken and I cannot wear it.
