I have had the worst experience with this store. I have to start by saying that my fiance originally took my ring to a different Kay location, and they were marvelous. See, the ring was my great-grandmother's, and it was tarnished, the band was cut, and the prongs holding the tiny diamond were brittle. Kay Jewelers in Lebanon, PA fixed it perfectly, no problems, and they called my fiance days before they had said it would be ready. All was good. Unfortunately, he didn't have the correct size, so I had to get it resized from a 5 to 4.25. No big deal, right? Well, I called them 3 days after they said it would be ready because they didn't bother calling me, I picked it up, wore it home, and later noticed a small crack in the band. In other words, THEY BROKE IT. I took it back, showed them the problem, and they promised to fix it "as best as possible" for no charge. I had to call them again. Part of the beautiful detail is ruined. I am incredibly disappointed. Save yourself the misery, and go somewhere else.
