Purchased mine and my husband’s wedding bands here and the first day after our wedding and I was wearing my wedding band, I find a deep nick in the underside band of the ring. I take it back to the store, they offer to buff it out for me, but it would also lessen the width of the band, which is not what I wanted, but they also offered to add whatever was buffed out to add back to the band by cutting it! This was unacceptable, so I exchanged it for the exact same one without any scratches or nicks that I can tell. It’s nice to know that they treat their jewelry like a $50 piece of jewelry from Walmart. Had the same issue when I was engaged previously and had the band buffed out due to a scratch or a nick and it came back thin like you could break it and bent to hell! I was pissed!

Just picked up my ring New Year day and in 24 hours my diamond broke off. I am so upset

I purchased a lovely silver and opal anniversary ring for my wife's engagement ring. I purchased it at the Park City Lancaster Littman's in August of 2015. Since that time it's needed re-plating twice. The plating always fades. You could always see the cut lines on the back where I had it originally re-sized. So I had it re-plated....again. Then it broke in the back, between the re-sizing lines. So last week, we had it re-shanked, at the suggestion of a customer service worker there. THREE DAYS later it's showing signs of tarnish and the shank lines are visible, yet again. Plus it's turning her finger blue!!!! That's a tell-tale sign of a lousy metal being used, She has never taken into the ocean, and hasn't applied hazardous chemicals, nor even washed the dishes since getting it re-shanked, We've always taken it for regular cleanings and inspections. I wanted a classy, elegant, estate looking ring that was as beautiful as she, and what I ended up with is a ring that reminds me of my ex's...lousy, always breaking, and dilapidated. If you value the love of your betrothed, the reaction of your beloved when you give her, what, they sell that amounts to a ring from a Cracker Jack box, you'll go to Jared or some other place that values quality workmanship and a ring that you'd be proud to give a loved one.

Generally I love Littman Jewelers. However, this experience was quite the opposite, which is rather concerning. I was browsing wedding rings for my fiance, with the intent of purchasing a ring and another gift for him. I was standing at the wedding rings, looking, and a sales associate watched another customer push me out of the way to look at the wedding rings. Then she helped HIM instead of me - who was looking at the rings for quite some time while waiting for assistance. Then she cleaned and polished his fiance's ring for her. I walked out. I won't be back to that Littman Jewelers.

Had a chat with Sarah and Marie today, they were WONDERFUL!! Needed help with a ring issue from a Competitor, the really helped me with that and were both VERY courteous. I then opened a Littman's account and you will be Happy to know Littman's is now my Jewelery Store of choice. I do NOT like SHADY Costumer Service and higher up management personnel theyvdont care. ! GR8 job Ladies, Littman's can be VERY PROUD to have each of you running their Store!
