I have always had fantastic service here. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the store is always clean. They have always resolved issues quickly and easily, and go above and beyond to help. I will continue to shop there and enjoy my experience while doing so.

The Zales store at Gettysburg is great. Love the staff there, especially the manager Heather. The store is always clean and staff is knowledgeable about their products. The sales they offer are great. We never shop for jewelry anywhere else.

My husband bought me a ring from here for Christmas a few years ago. Since I have had it I have had 4 or 5 stones fall out. They are good about repairing it but this past time I took the ring in to be repaired and instead of looking for herself which stones were missing she questioned me about it. Then about two weeks later I get the call that my ring is finished. I go to pick it up and I look at the ring and there is still a stone missing. The woman apologized and assured me that she would have the ring fixed within a few days. It has been another two weeks now and still no ring. I will never buy another piece of jewelry from here again.

The manager Heather was incredibly helpful with helping us purchase our wedding bands to make our day even more beautiful. Would recommend to everyone.
