My wife needed some rings resized. These folks take time to understand what is needed. No hard sell, just patience and an understanding of quality. We have been very impressed with the workmanship and fair prices. Jennifer, our customer service associate has been helpful, patient and a guide to what was available and appropriate. We will continue to return.

I went in with what I thought was a simple request. Turns out, there were many, many options! Jenifer guided me through the necessary and the optional choices, making suggestions while leaving it up to me. She was friendly and polite, as pleasant as I could ask for. More expensive than I expected, but I will return.

I have been a customer ofJames Douglas Jewelers for 10 years. I have trusted them from the restoration of a family grandfather clock to diamond ring appraisals. They have repaired numerous watches (from old and valuable to Disney) and they are honest in their evaluations. Integrity in a jeweler is to be valued! Their gems and settings are exquisite and the staff is extremely knowledgeable . I never feel pressured and everyone is friendly. I highly suggest you make time to visit their store.

My Movado watch stopped working after i dropped it, so I stopped in at lunch time to leave it for a repair. Fortunately, they were able to quickly check it while I waited and found that it just needed a new battery. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Appreciate their speed and honesty! Highly recommend!

My sister and I took rings that were our mothers for sizing and appraisal. We were greeted with very friendly service. Great detail on the appraisal and very nice quick turnaround on the sizing. Would highly recommend !
