Horrible customer service and very rude. The employees tried to make me feel bad for them and would not take no for an answer when I clearly said I did not want to fill out their form. Then they actually asked for my social security number!!!!! Why does a jewelry store need my social security number when I'm not buying anything! No way!!!! Go to Zales!!!! This is an awful place that's also very grimy and out of date. JB Robinson should investigate this store because something twisted is going on.

This store and especially this company which is the same as all zales, piercing pagoda, Kay's, le roys, oshermans and many more under the company of signet jewelers ARE DISGUSTING and horrible!!!! My name is Dixie and i am an employee here at jb Robinson and I just want any young girls out there that want to work here DONT the manager is a sick pervert and will try to touch you and have sex with you "to make your goal" and many other in inappropriate situations!!!! I have taken this higher up to human resources within the company of signet jewelers with other individuals that were put in these situations as well and they refuse to do anything and lie so they don't have to deal with this!! I'm writing this so others in this community are aware because this needs to be KNOWN! There's no justice and something needs to be done! BEAWARE!!!!!!! ITS TOO BAD THERES A NO STAR RATING TO GOVE!

Worst place in the mall. Terrible customer service. Chrissy is a hateful woman who is high on her own ego while not being anything other than an entry level position. Please go to Zales or somewhere that isn't affiliated so that these terrible people don't get a penny. Theyre also more expensive than all the other stores. They are a dirty dirty place. A bunch of backstabbers! The manager Donnie is the only good full time employee they have. But that's not enough. No customer service whatsoever from the other full timers. It's a shame that such a good company is being wasted by such terrible, rude employees.

Kay's is the best store in this mall. No personal customer service here. Employee turnover is high at this location. Go to Kay's.

When product was originally ordered 2 day shipping was purchased, however it took 9 days for the product to arrive, and it was ship to store not even to home address. I pleased with product initially, however, after my girlfriend had worn the necklace only a few times the chain broke while on the jewelry stand. Clearly this was a defective product and I simply wanted the store to repair the chain free of charge. I was then told no because it had been 6 months since purchase, and I had not purchased warranty. I had the option to purchase 50 dollar warranty or pay 40 to repair it, which would only take about 5 minutes of their time. In the end I just left very disappointed with this store and their customer service. Just to let everyone know kay and jerod and many other jewelry stores are owned by the same company and have the same products, but they have much better customer service. I would recommend to purchase from kay in the same mall since they will correct problems and work with the customer.
