I have been requesting my chain that got sent off of almost 4 months. Granted I dropped it off over a year ago and so much was going on that it slipped my mind but I also did not get a call. Today I was told again we will give you a call. I asked how long does it take..and again we will give you a call. We use to love going to Kay's and we have purchased alot for there. They just seem to not care. I will go and order a new chain from somewhere else

Nothing is worse than the parking in these little strip malls and I just watched the employees roll in at 9:45 and park in spots in front of neighboring stores. Obviously the management doesn't emphasize customer service or this wouldn't be a problem.

Same as 1st review., walked in. And they don't even acknowledge you, I understand being busy., but at least acknowledge! Second visit (and last), not as busy bit the 3 reps were still with a customer so I just looked around knowing I was next. Another customer walked in about 5 min later. The guy finishes up with customer, knowing I was next asked the lady how could he help her.?!? I'm done with this place.

Horrible... we stood in the store for at least 20 mins and not one sales person acknowledged that we were even there. I know with it being Christmas Eve and all they were busy but someone could have said we or someone will be with you shortly. They ( the sales people ) just walked around like we weren't even standing there. My husband wanted to upgrade my set to bad they lost a sale.
