Nice shop with pleasant staff. However they let themselves down on after-sales service, ignoring my consumer rights. The strap came apart on the watch I purchased within a couple of months but they fobbed me off saying there was nothing they would do about and that it was not covered under warranty. Fortunately when I contacted the manufacturer directly they (the manufacturer) remedied the issue without any fuss.

This place has mediocre standards in customer service and staff were not able to give me information about a watch I was looking at and wanted to buy with my wife as an anniversary present. This has been one of the poorest experience I have ever had in Fields. We walked in to the shop and decided to look at watches, after 3 minutes I realised that nobody would come to check on us so I walked towards the counter and asked two staff members who were chatting near the back of the shop if I could try a watch. One of them then proceeded to let me try on the watch (a Citizen red arrow) but when I asked about having more details on the watch, she did not have a clue and she passed it on to one of her colleague who in fairness tried her best to explain some of the watch' main features but she as well did not have a clue about the product she was selling. To top up this embarrassment, which happened at the counter with other customers around witnessing the failure, the staff could not find the manual of the watch (supposedly a new arrival) after a good 5 minutes of trying to find it. A waste of time really.

Service is friendly, professional and nearly no waiting time as plenty of staff on hand.

Staff were very friendly and the prices were fair! We went in to get claddagh rings, and though they didn't have too much choice they were very friendly.
