Like the new location. Very spacious! The employees were friendly, store was bright and clean. The build your own bar was busy... I wish they'd extend the bar. They have plenty of employees and that is their most popular product. I had to come back last time I was there.

I love Kendra Scott, but this location is not great. The staff has no interest in helping you, and when you finally get their attention to ask for help the associates seem annoyed. I went into the store looking for a specific necklace that had just been put on sale a couple days prior. The necklace was still $120, so it's not like it was cheap. I asked the associate if they had any in the back, she did a quick check and said no. That's fine, I believed her. Then I asked her to check and see if any of the stores in the area might have it, as I did not want to drive from store to store if no store had any in stock. She said ok she can look it up for me (after hesitating because it's a "sale item and there won't be many left"). So, instead of checking other stores, she walks over to another associate on duty (maybe a manager but I don't know) and I hear that girl tell her "well it's on sale so other stores probably don't have any either." So the associate that was helping me just walks back to me and says "well since it's a sale item it's unlikely that other stores will have it either." Seriously? I had been watching the item on the website, and it had only been 3-4 days since it was marked down. I was going to argue with her but decided it was not worth it. They were too lazy to check other stores for me, and that is just terrible business. I realize this store was not going to get the sale, but I would have been a repeat customer at this location had they actually tried to help me.

Not happy with this company's policies. My wife and I went to exchange a necklace she received as a Christmas gift. All she wanted was the same necklace in a different color, but the staff here refused an even exchange. They wouldn't honor the original purchase price that our relative had paid (she had used a Cyber Monday discount code), and we had to pay an additional $15 to get the same necklace in a different color. Also, similar to what I've read in other reviews, the staff at this location was rather uppity, and customer service wasn't their top priority. Customer service was definitely lacking. The two associates we worked with seemed put out that they actually had to assist my wife and I with something. Not going back to this location again, and questioning whether we're going to keep shopping at Kendra Scott.

I wish I could have read the reviews before going in to this location I Always shop at the Houston location who are certainly nice and attentive. However I live in Dallas and wanted to try out this Mckinney location and I wish I could have waited. Disppointed on the way we were treated by Yurianna the lady checking us out as we were trying to pay she had no idea what Samsung pay was but still refused to let us pay with it. She was getting upset and insisted that I pay with another method. Eventually I paid with my Samsung pay and I showed her how simple this was and she wasn't content. Kendra management needs to educate their employees on different types of payments. With Technology evolving every single day it is always need to keep up with it specially when you are in the business of receiving payments. It's still money and better believe I'm not going back to shop there. Theres no need for that cashier to treat people like that because of the being ignorant regarding that specific type of payment.

I don’t know why I buy anything from Kendra Scott anymore. The girls helping are rude and of no help what so ever. I will no longer waste my money on poorly made jewelry and awful customer service.
