I give this place 5 stars for 2 reasons. Number 1 is for good customer service I had every time I walk in, even we are not buying when I go but still they will talk to you and help you. Number 2 is the different variety of jewelery compare to different places.

Terrible customer service!!!! We replaced my wedding rings several years ago and bought the extended warranty. The last 3 times I have brought it in to check they have had to keep it to repair. I went in today to pick it up ( again). The man waiting on me was about to just hand me the ring. I asked him to check the stones before giving it to me. What do you know.....loose diamonds!!!!! As I leave obviously upset, he says "have a good one". They have zero customer service skills and obviously could care less about quality.

Horrible customer service. If it wasn't for the fact that I had bought the lifetime cleaning and required to come in every 6 months I would not even glance at this store. Employee called me to come in to pick up a ring I had bought and they sent it off to be sized just to show up and tell me that they didnt have it yet. Cleanings are inconsistent, I had a ring cleaned right in front of me and then there are the times I have to wait 30 minutes when they are slow as molasses.

This was once a reputable company, but after my most recent transaction I will not be shopping here again. The staff was much too pushy, if I want something I will ask about it. They pushed my to sign up for the membership, told me it was free and would protect my purchases if anything happened. Ok, great, I used to have a membership with them many years ago and remember it being fine, they would clean my jewelry and repair small issues for free or cheap. Now they use this platform to sign you up for a credit card. I do not appreciate being tricked into a credit card, now I get to deal with messing with my stupid credit score because of these cons. This is why everyone prefers not to deal with people and buy everything online. lesson learned!

The employees at the location in The Parks at Arlington are down right rude. If you don't "look" like you are about to spend money, don't expect acknowlegement. Just picked up my husband's watch from getting repaired. I just came from working out so I have on workout clothes and a stocking cap because it is cold. Not one person said hello or we will be right with you which is common customer service. Even after one of the employees was free, she stood by me but never said anything. The woman that walked in after me had on a pant suit and was greeted immediately by several employees. I just wanted to get my stuff and go. When one of the employees finally spoke to me she just said "You have a pick up?" Not hello or welcome to the store. Her demeanor and tone said she sidn't want to be bothered with me. She handed me the watch in a cheap see through baggie. I spent $1200 on this watch and I couldn't get a decent bag to put it in. I just grabbed the watch and walked off. No thank you. Nothing. You are rude to me I can be rude right back. My husband and I have spent too much money with them for their poor customer service. This is why people shop online.
