Absolutely amazing experience working with Tony to create a custom engagement ring that fit existing family diamonds. He sat down with me for HOURS going through ring concepts to find out exactly what I wanted. At one point he even pulled out pencil and paper and started drawing rings. They have real-time CAD software so that you can build your engagement ring on the computer to see exactly what you're getting. I came in probably 4 different Fridays before making a decision and at no point did I ever feel like I was being "pushed" to the final sale. Tony was so excited to be building my ring and loves the art of the craft. Best of all I went to another jeweler just to check pricing; Franzetti was cheaper. I recommend Franzetti to all my friends and family. It's what a jewelry store should be.

Even the small project to replace the pearl on my engagement ring was treated with importance. Excellent service and willingness to answer all my questions!

When we originally went engagement ring shopping we wanted to go for something a little off the beaten path yet still try to keep it classic. We visited quite a few places but the moment we met Bobby and his family, from beginning to end they went above and beyond for making a bespoke engagement ring for us. His ring designs are fantastic and very detailed. We plan on getting a signet ring made by him as his first piece he made for us was absolutely gorgous.

Not very friendly and overpriced compared to their competitors.

Loved working with them for our engagement ring. It came out beautiful, and my fiance loves it!
