If your engagement ring means anything to you do not go here. I'll start from the top. 1. When my Fiance was in there the sales woman, Gina was her name, was very pushy and did not want to give him a chance to look elsewhere. 2. unfortunately i had to have my ring re sized so i immediately brought it there to have them send it to the jeweler. While i was in the store dropping it off Gina told me that it would be two weeks and i would be getting it back. 3. After a week and a half i went in the store just because i was in the mall already and wanted to check on the ring and see if maybe we could see how far along or where it was. Maybe that was me being a little anxious.. but HELLO I am excited and the ring is special to me.. I have every right to check on it. When i approached the counter Gina came over and asked what i needed and i politely said i just wanted to check on my ring. Before she even got my name she very rudely and abruptly said "it's not here". I said you don't even know who I am so how do you know? She got irritated with me for calling her out i guess and she asked me my name and when i tell her she starts flipping through some book looking for my name. I noticed that the top of the book said "repairs" so i nicely said its wasn't dropped off for a repair i needed it sized. She sarcastically Laughed and said "ha ha that is a repair honey". At this point I am upset. I tell her "okay well when i dropped it off i didn't sign that book so i don't think my name will be in there" she comes back very fast and again rudely " that is because we fill this out for you" and " you don't have your paper with you?" I said "no ma'am you didnt give me one". she says " well who even helped you?" I said " YOU DID". that is when she said "ohhhhhhh yeah i remember you, it will be here this week" i just said okay and walked away. 3. I wait until the end of the week and i still hadn't received a call so i call and a gentleman answers the phone and tells me that no it isn't here and it usually takes 3-4 weeks. I was so disappointed and I asked him to track it for me and he said he couldn't do that but he would call the jeweler and call me back. He got back with me and told me my ring would be here Tuesday (Today). I think his name is Tony, or Antonio. He is the only reason I am giving Two stars. I know they deal with sales of engagement rings all the time and they aren't anything special to them, but my ring is special and its not just a ring to me... Gina does not care about her customers.. that is all I am saying. I will drive to the nearest Samuels for cleanings and repairs. After today when i pick up my ring I will never be back there!
