I waited very eager to open my hands packed box of goodies. Sadly my glow in the dark captive snapped when I was taking it from the little baggy. Upset and dismayed, I move to the cute blue stoned barbell, I inspect the baggy and nothing seemed off. I open it and the little Stone fell out first then the piercing. It was late so I waited till morning to call and figure it out. At 0930 I called and got it settled with Anna. The captive is discontinued so I got store credit and the blue barbell will be send to relieved the fallen friend. Overall, I'm happy to have this experience to talk to customer service and experience great help. I'm excited to get the replacement and update this post.

Absolutely love this shop! They have EVERYTHING

I have done business with Body Art Forms for the last 8 years. My orders are shipped immediately and on time EVERY TIME. I can not say one bad thing about this company. They were out of something I wanted so I was told to email them. Within one business day I received a response informing me a new shipment of what I wanted arrived today and would be in stock by the end of the day. I have recommended them to every single person I know. They do business how everyone should do business.
