My experience with Diamonds Direct was absolutely fantastic and I canâ€™t imagine it having gone any better. I had seen Theresaâ€™s name mentioned in several 5 star reviews on here so I was happy when we arrived and she was working. Theresa spent 2 hours with us as we talked through the various selections, styles, and band choices. Walking into a jewelry store, I had expected to be bombarded with questions regarding my budget and a salesperson trying to up sell me from what I wanted to spend. Theresa did NONE of that and actually did not mention any prices for the first hour of our visit. She simply educated us, listened to what we were looking for, and provided us with a wide range of diamonds for our consideration. We ended up picking one of the diamonds that she showed us and it is absolutely perfect. I didnâ€™t want to buy the ring in person during that visit, and Theresa was extremely understanding and set up another time for me to come back, pay, and pick up the ring. As for price, I shopped around after our initial visit and no one could come close to the price we paid for such a beautiful ring (they offer price matching and she even encouraged me to look around at other retailers to see if they could beat their price; they couldnâ€™t!). I cannot explain how positive my experience was with Theresa and Diamonds Direct and I will be sending everyone their way!

If you go to this location, ask for Seth! He is fantastic and worked to make sure I understood everything about the diamond buying process and what to look for in a good diamond. He was by far different from every other sales person in other stores I had been to and I could generally tell he cared and wanted me to be a customer for Diamond's Direct. Would highly recommend this store and Seth to any of my friends in the future. Am super happy with my purchase!

Heard about Diamonds Direct on the radio a lot. When it was time to find a ring I decided to try them first and once I was there I didnâ€™t go anywhere else. Art was super helpful and helped me learn all about diamonds and rings. He helped me pick out the perfect ring that I could afford. I got an amazing price for a beautiful ring. If youâ€™re looking for a place to go go to diamonds direct. They donâ€™t try to sell you something. They are there to educate. Great experience. Art was amazing

This team is not about â€œthe saleâ€. They are about truly helping a customer meet their goals. They treat you like family, not a transaction. After hours of consultation, we ended up with two perfect wedding rings at a price and quality that far beat the competition. Highly recommend!

My mom had been raving about Dominica and Diamonds Direct for years, so when I was looking for some beautiful jewelry at a great price, I thought Iâ€™d try here. I was not disappointed! Their selection is wonderful, but even more than that, Dominica treats us like family. I will never buy jewelry from anywhere else now! Dominica is the best!!
