I purchased online ( redline white gold with diamonds) which cost $520, and they’re sent me wrong item( without diamond cost $280) when I contacting the customer service, they didn’t apologize. They just sent me a return label, there’s no any service, also there no place to leave review, no wonder.

This jewelry store gets things right! They have excellent customer service and genuinely want you to acquire a timepiece that is a good fit for you, rather than trying to steer you in another direction just to make a sale. They treat customers with the utmost care. The whole experience - start to finish - was positive and seamless. I cannot recommend them enough!
