Staff are very nice and I was blown away at how honest they were about all of my questions. They really cared about me getting the most bang for my buck. The 80 percent off sale right now is AWESOME to by the way!

Beware of this company. They have no integrity. We purchased a lifetime warranty for my wedding ring and this company says they no longer honor these warranties. I would understand if this company completely closed all their doors that my warranty would not longer be valid. But how can a functioning company go back on their contract with a customer that has paid for a service for no explained reasons?? We have received no written letters, emails and I can’t even find information on the internet about such discontinuations. I have found, however, the news on their bankruptcy and fraud accusations. They are in debt by multiple millions of dollars. With this said, I would never trust this company again. I will be shopping with a more reputable company in the future. And, yes, I did not allow them to repair my ring. I might not even get it back.

Horrible customer service! I dropped off my diamond in perfect condition They called me to inform me they couldn’t work on sizing my ring because the diamond was chipped Now they’re refusing to take the fault!

Place is closing. A little disappointed when I have spent several thousands of dollars in this store and now my warranties are questionable. Shoulda went with another company.

Wouldn’t give any stars if I didn’t have to. Just a big middle finger. Tricked me into signing for a ring that was the wrong size after I had called several times to make sure it was going to be right. Terrible employees from management down. Spend your money somewhere else.
