Worst customer service ever in store at Woodlands Mall location in The Woodlands, Tx. I bought 3 items ten days ago. Pandora puts on a instore sale the day after Christmas which was only 7 days after I bought my items. -- Buy $100 and get $75 in credit towards another item. I did not wear any of my items and brought them back and I was willing to purchase more to get the offer as I was going to return all my items. The STORE MANAGER there told me I couldn't do that. I can't return my items? Well I said it made no difference I have 30 days for a full refund and the items are unused. I asked for all my money back and she had the nerve to tell me that I "couldn't buy anything in the store after I returned my items". What kind of reasoning she had as a consumer I have the right to return all the items I bought within 30 days. The worst customer service ever and sadly this person is the store manager. What difference does it make if I return items and start a new transaction. FYI it doesn't because other people that are going in there are getting the same offer --whether it is sold to me or others you are out the same. Filing corporate complaint, Twitter and Facebook. Horrible experience at for an upscale mall.
