Went to Thomas Markle for a custom engagement ring, and was provided with great customer service. Elaine and Tan were both very professional and worked well me over a few separate visits to find exactly what I was looking for as it was very particular. They listened to my ideas as well as offering great advice on the ideas I had. The drawing, and wax mold done before putting the actual ring into production was awesome and allowed me to make any changes I needed or wanted while allowing me to see what I would be getting. The end product is amazing. Highly recommend TM and this staff.

I had the most unbelievably amazing experience at Thomas Markle Jewelers! I worked with Sarah Taft Leach on purchasing a custom ring. She was extremely knowledgeable, personable and helpful. She was completely in tune with what I was looking for, and I felt that she cared and was truly invested in creating the perfect ring for me. We texted each other a lot during the process, sending pictures back and forth before deciding on the setting and the stones. In all of the correspondence, Sarah was responsive and funny, and she really gave me much needed well-informed guidance. Every time I came in the store all of the staff greeted me warmly and personally. By the time the ring finally arrived we were all chatting and cheering like family. I truly have not had a more pleasant and enjoyable retail experience. I cannot recommend Thomas Markle highly enough.

Tan and the rest of the staff at The Woodlands location are amazing. They made my wife very happy and helped me choose the best diamonds for her. The Hearts on Fire selection is truly spectacular!

Tan made me feel very comfortable and he was very upfront about my visit and what I could expect from a watch repair. Very well versed in the process.
