The sales people are hungry and their selection is not as good as Katy Mills.. The main issue I have with Kay's now is that everything I try to buy online, I cant check out... After trying to buy 1 of 9 diffrent items the website will not let me check out. I called Kay's and come to find out, when this happens, they are out of stock...... So I guess their website let's you add out of stock items. I have a 20 year anniversary coming up.. The 2 diffrent bands I wanted to get. Out of stock. I tired 5 diffrent watches, out of stock. (remind you, you can add these to the cart so you think your getting it) tried a set of earrings.. Out if stock. Maybe Kay's is going out of business or they don't sell any of the good stuff anymore.. Now, I'm off to another jewelry store.

I’d give a zero if I could. PSA: DO NOT BUT JEWELRY FROM KAYS!! 😡😡😡 I just got my ring back a few weeks ago because there were two loose diamonds and today I am missing a diamond! Livid is a freakin understatement. This is the second style ring we have gotten because the first one the prongs kept bending even though I pretty much only wear it to work and normal daily activities. No wearing it during the gym, showers, doing dishes or sleeping. We should not have this amount of problems wth everything we have bought. Ridiculous.

Huma Masoor is a breath of fresh air with a highly knowledgeable staff of diamond-tologists. Samantha, Tony, and Diamond, yeah, his name is DIAMOND!!!

The Kay's in Houston Premium Outlet is managed and staffed with incompetent management and staff. They cannot get the watch back off much less put in a new battery therefore using your lifetime battery replacement worthless! This is my 3rd time in and my absolute LAST! If you do not have friendly caring customer service...what do you have?
