My experience is that this place has the potential to be good I like the collection that they have and I would love to do business with them however I had a bad experience with a purchase that I made and an hour later I tried to rectify my issue because the price was $50 dollars /above retail when I brought this to the Management's attention they refused to honor a price exchange or return my money there was no posted knowledge of refusal for an exchange instead they try to justify selling me in item that was valued a lot list then what they sold it for this is not a good policy if you want a repeat customer into your store I found their managerial practice very disturbing to be in a competitive market because of this reason I would not recommend anybody purchasing from the store until lease issues can be rectified if you purchase an item from them they will not exchange or give you your money back and that should be noted and clearly represented in their store I am currently working this issue out legally
