I walked in more nervous than I'd like to admit. I was shopping for an engagement ring and had absolutely no clue how to go about it. However, Victoria Sanchez made me feel comfortable and at home, and she was patient with me the entire time. She explained everything in great detail and answered all of my questions flawlessly. In the end, I walked out of that store confident that I had found the perfect ring. I would highly recommend this place and their outstanding service to anyone. I did not feel like a customer while I was there. I felt like family.

The most stress free jewelry shop around! The owner makes it his priority to ensure each person that walks through his doors feel extremely welcomed. Naturally, each staff member exhibits A+ customer service. They get to know their customers & are not pushy about a sale. The quality on the jewelry is definitely 5 Stars! You know they care about the customer when they carry only the good stuff. On multiple occasions, I’ve returned and worked with Victoria Sanchez in particular. She makes sure customer gets taken care of from start to finish. All around excellent.

It only took a phone call to convince me I was making the right choice by choosing MOORE’S Jewelers. Felt right at home as soon as I was greeted by the employee followed by the manager. I was offered every option there was including the best financing option available. Thank you MOORE’S Jewelers for a world class customer experience.

Valeria was very helpful to me and my fiance. She showed us a lot of options and was patient. We found our wedding bands. Her service was excellent, not only did she go in detail about the bands, she gave us her expert opinion on what looked better and felt better. Even cleaned my fiance ring, that was not purchased at Moore jewelers. The service was better than Kay Jewelers (not helpful whatsoever).
