Terrible experience. Do NOT take anything there to be replaced or re-sized. I bought a wedding band at the Zales in Lakeline. They were wonderful. But when the ring came back too big, I took it to this store. It took forever to get helped because they are understaffed and not helpful. They finally returned and re-ordered my ring because it can't be re-sized. Said it would be 2 weeks. After 2 weeks and no word, I called them. They first said they had no record of my order, then came back and said they had my ring. I went in and it was the same ring. They never sent it out! The woman told me she would put in a rush order so it would be back the next week. It's been more than 2 weeks and not only do they not have my ring, but they said they can't even track it in their system. I wasn't able to have it for my wedding pictures because they've had my ring for over a month. I will update my review when or if I ever get my ring back. ***UPDATE*** Finally got my ring back after over a month. Never got anything more than a dismissive "sorry." No offer of compensation. Nothing for the incovenience of basically misplacing my ring for almost 6 weeks. This place is very poorly run.

I am disgusted by the treatment received here yesterday. My friend and I came in to purchase his girlfriend a locket and a ring for my mother for Christmas. We looked around waited for twenty minutes at the case that contained the lockets only to be ignored when the female sales associate wasn't speaking with anyone. I tried to wave at her and even cleared my throat and looked her in the eyes and said "Excuse Me, Ma'am?" only to have her walk away. I asked my male friend to see if he could get her attention and he tried to as well but she walked away from him to approach an older family and was extremely friendly with them and followed them around the store. Pulling out all sorts of jewelry. I know that my friend and I appear young but we both had been saving and planning to come and purchase our gifts here at almost 1500+. We decided to leave when we waited for another 15 minutes and we notice another group of younger shoppers being ignored there as well. I've worked in retail for several years now and I can't believe the rudeness we experienced.

Bought $1260.00 pair of earrings February 2017, 6 months later the diamonds are falling out!!! Never thought such a reputable place would push out such trashy quality! Even worst is couple of days ago sept. 1 2017, purchased diamond necklace for $900.00.... very worried and will not ever spend another cent after spending thousands of dollars at Zales!!!I should of went to Jareds!!!!

Horrible service. Went here to buy a ring for my boyfriend got it customised expected promised date was 13th feb one day before valentines day. Have beed there since several times and several phone calls it is still not ready . My boyfriend got me a very nice prrsent for valentines day but zales fail to give the ring already paid for. Bunch of liars and a big scam.
