I loved this place so much! I walked in one day and was greeted by the nicest and most helpful sales associate, named Sara! She helped me pick out some cute items for my mother and was so helpful. I definitely believe she should be promoted, for her great service! I will certainly be returning! 5 stars for you Sara!

We went into this location to pick out a new outfit for my wife 45 minutes before closing. She found a pair of pants by herself and was looking for a blazer at this point nobody approached us to help. When we did find someone who worked there they where to busy tossing jewelry into bowels. My wife asked politely where the blazers where at and the employee replied "HUH" and then told us she thought they where over there. She helped us out as fast as she could and she said thats all we have and walked away. My wife took the pair of pants and wanted to try them on. She went to try them on and but the door was locked. We waited and finally had to go ask the same girl to unlock the door. Without a word she opened the door and walked away. While my wife tried on the pants i noticed that there was three women that worked there and none of them had no intent to help us or be courteous. They where to busy talking about leaving work. I told my wife when she came out just to please put the pants back and just walk out. They don't deserve the sale. I hope this message gets to there district manager because when more and more consumers are going to shop online. this is why concrete retail is going out!

Came to this location for the first time and when I walked in, all the employees looked at me and went on talking to each other, mind you there was only 5 people in the store (including me). I smiled at an employee when I was walking around and she along with the other workers acted like I wasn't even there. I asked a employee for help with finding a certain color of jewelry and her exact response was, "yeah... I think we do, but you just have to look around..." Wow. So pathetic. If I could rate this in the negatives, I would. Don't come here. I know I won't. :-)

Amazing. Besides the favt that most of the managers hate their job and are willingly ready to get of ANYBODY who asks for their help. Some of the floor staff were amazing to me! Ghazal and one of the guys working there have expert customer service skills! Definitely recommend to go talk to one of them if you have any issues or need any help! I go here Every Sunday because Honestly, the sales are amazing! Definitely recommend. You go for shopping, not for the people behind the counter. Get your stuff, and leave! Styles and lookbooks would be amazing if shopped from Versona! A++ Products D- For managers A+++ For floor employees! They actually LOOK like they're enjoying their time and actually smile!

Terrible customer service, rude staff. I asked for help in the fitting room with a size I knew they had on the floor, the girl half looked and said they didn't have it then walked off. I left the fitting room grabbed the size I needed (the one she said they didn't have) then went to pay. The girl at the register looked like I annoyed the eff out of her when I asked to see some jewelry I had on hold because I was trying on. When I was ready to pay she was not friendly at all and acted like I was bothering the hell our of her. If you don't like to interact with people then you shouldn't work in retail. I don't know what I did to deserve such a terrible experience but I don't recommend this place to anyone.
